Job Responsibilities:
|
·
Lead the overall Global Delivery China Center’s new initiatives – ISO20000 and ISO27001 etc
·
Develop and maintain ISO20000/ISO27001 related training/coaching/certification program by aligning with IBM GBS strategy
·
Enable the deployment of ISO20000/ISO27001 for all delivery projects by internal health check, PMR, and metrics reporting
·
Lead, Organize and coordinate the ISO20000/ISO27001 internal audit
·
Perform Program Management Reviews with Senior management leaders
|
Qualifications:
|
- At least 8 years IT Software Development or Outsourcing experiences.
- At least 2 years people manager experiences
- At least 2 years direct project management experiences
- At least 2 years direct SQA or PPQA experiences, experiences in leading organization to achieve ISO20000/ISO27001 certification
- Familiar with ISO20000, ITIL foundation certification is required. ITIL manager / ISO20000 internal auditor certification is advantage.
- Familiar with ISO27001, have experiences in developing and maintaining organizational ISMS..
- Familiar with CMM/CMMI, PMP certification is advantage, Lean Sigma/6Sigma certification is advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Skillful in both verbal and written English
- Experienced in software delivery process improvement, a SEPG experience is advantage.
